Charles (Chuck) S. Micale - Co-Founder

Chuck has over 30 years of operational management experience. His areas of expertise include budget administration, investor relations, project development, marketing, strategic partnerships and customer service. As Vice President of an International retail chain, he gained extensive experience in commercial real estate, site location, lease negotiation and construction supervision. 

Douglas (Doug) L. Bolejack - Co-Founder

Doug has been in the construction industry for many years. He is highly experienced in new commercial and residential construction, ranging from tenant finish, custom homes, and sub-divisions. His experience also includes land development, acquisition and design consulting. Doug enjoys snowboarding and photography.

James Bradshaw - Director of Construction



James has over 20 years of construction management experience. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a double B.S. degree in construction management and facilities management, and with minors in business administration, music, and Spanish. Education is a top priority of his. He participated in an early college program during his senior year of high school; and he learned Spanish while serving a mission for his church in Paraguay, South America. Projects he’s managed include single and multi-family residential construction, commercial construction, tenant finish, government projects, and land development. One of his favorite all-time jobs, outside of project management, was being a snow ski instructor while attending college in Utah. James enjoys singing, playing guitar and piano, outdoor activities, riding horses and sports. Most of all, he loves spending time with his family.

Nathan Lueth - Site Superintendent



Nathan started his construction career at a very young age building pole sheds in the agricultural areas of Wisconsin. More than 25 years later, he's done everything from residential remodel to commercial tenant finish to electrical and structural design. He has his associate degree in computer drafting and design, but his passion is being on the jobsite every day - watching a project come together firsthand. When not on the jobsite, Nathan enjoys camping and being outdoors, building things in the garage, tinkering with various instruments, and spending time with family.   

Jill Vasta - Project Coordinator

Jill was born and raised in the suburbs of Westchester, NY where she comes from a large family of laborers in various trades. After moving here in 2009 she found her place in the construction industry where she’s gained over 5 years of experience working in Colorado. She enjoys spending time lifting weights with her husband, Friday game nights with her niece and nephew and honing her photography skills. 

Sheena Taylor - Project Coordinator

Construction has always been part of Sheena’s life. Her Father was a tradesman building custom homes in Colorado and Texas where she was born. She started out as a flooring installer, she has 10 years of hands on experience specializing in Tile and masonry. After moving to Denver in 2013 she worked as an estimator, and gained valuable experience as a project manager in the Restoration Construction industry. Sheena understands the value of being part of a team that brings ideas and expertise to the table. Sheena enjoys building things and genuinely loves her job.

Tyler Jackson - Site Superintendent


Tyler has over four years experience in the sales industry and has multiple acquired skills such as relationship building, discipline and being the most personable guy in the room. He brings a new insight into the construction industry and plans to grow within the company. He also enjoys any challenge given to him and hopes to bring the company and it’s employees to new heights. His hobbies include playing basketball, playing the guitar and anything outdoors. Tyler is a Colorado native and looks forward to what a future in the construction industry will bring!

Ben Titus - Site Superintendent



A construction industry veteran, Ben has more than 20 years of experience leading commercial, residential, multi-family and high-end residential projects in the Las Vegas, Nevada, area. He has been in the Denver area just over two years where he has worked on large commercial projects as well as varied residential sites. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and in his spare time enjoys traveling, watching UFC and spending time with his family.

April Wales - Accounting Coordinator

April has over 28 years of experience in the construction industry.  April had her own tile installation company in San Antonio, TX where she estimated and installed residential projects.  She worked as a project manager in the commercial window manufacturing business for 12 years.  There she managed numerous projects across the United States and abroad in Tonga Tapu.  The largest project she managed was a 4.5 million dollar window contract for a 42 story high rise in Chicago, IL.   April also worked with a large building material supply company in the multifamily doors and millwork division.  There she managed schedules and was the primary point of contact for the field supervisors and outside sales team.  April enjoys playing computer games with her family on the weekends and is deeply involved in Genealogy.  She will soon be a member of the Daughters of the Revolutionary War.
